The "Panel Lifting Machine System" is a system that uses a deck-type gondola and a lifting machine (telescopic crane) in combination to carry out everything from lifting exterior materials to installation and finishing work in a consistent manner. Since it does not use tower cranes or heavy machinery, the operational costs of the equipment for installing exterior materials are reduced, leading to a shortened exterior construction period. It is possible to operate the lifting machine simultaneously in all directions using a remote control.
